College Prep

 There are hundreds of students in our community. Some graduated with high school diploma and from colleges in the Wyandotte county schools. Nevertheless, most teenagers who graduated and got the high school diploma could no longer continue their education, not because they don’t want higher education, but because they have serious language barrier (English problem) and were unable to get scholarship opportunities and communication in the class. The goal of the education program, therefore, intended to find some tutors, especially Chin teachers who can speak both English and Chin fluently to help our youths find the ways to get scholarship opportunities. Our dream is that our children have a chance to have higher education in the United States. It is sad that some of our children lost their future as they become addicted to drugs and alcohol, which destroy their lives and future altogether.
